The Relocation Collective was built by people who have lived every part of the Abu Dhabi relocation experience: the good, the chaotic and the deeply satisfying.
Most relocation services are built by companies. This one was built by two mothers who landed in Abu Dhabi, fell in love with the life, and realised there had to be a better way to help families do the same. Every piece of advice we give, every shortlist we build, every phone call we take comes from people who have sat exactly where you are sitting now.

Melanie moved to Abu Dhabi with her husband and two children aged 10 and 6 and fell completely in love with the life the UAE offers families. The sun, the safety, the opportunity. She wanted everyone to experience it. But she also knew firsthand how overwhelming the logistics could be. All of it standing between a family and the life they came for.
So she built The Relocation Collective, to be the knowledgeable, warm, utterly reliable concierge every family deserves when they make this move. Now into her second year on the ground, with all the contacts, all the insights, and a genuine passion for helping people land well and love where they've landed.

Kate moved to Abu Dhabi two years ago with her husband and two little ones, aged six and four, and knows exactly what that first chapter feels like: the excitement, the chaos, the endless WhatsApp groups, the moment you realise you signed a lease before properly understanding the school zones.
She's Australian, she's a mum, and she's lived the relocation experience from the inside. The difference is, she also spent 15 years working with some of the world's biggest digital brands, so she knows how to cut through noise, find the right people, and get things done. The empathy of someone who's been there, and the connections to make it smoother for you.
Every family we have ever worked with has said some version of the same thing: they wish they had known sooner. Not just the practical things, the sequence of Emirates ID and banking, the waiting list realities and the neighbourhoods nobody tells you about, but the feeling that someone was genuinely in their corner. Someone who had done it, who cared, and who was reachable on a Sunday afternoon when a question couldn't wait until Monday.
That is what The Relocation Collective is. Not a directory, not a checklist, not an automated onboarding flow. A real concierge, run by real people who live here and love it.
We are selective about how many families we work with at one time because this is not a volume business. It is a relationship. When you work with The Relocation Collective, you work with Melanie and Kate. Not a team member, not a junior coordinator, but the founders themselves.
